Its location was nice and perfect, close to the Island, coffee shops and the beach. It also was close to the bus station.

everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. the staff was very very nice throughout our stay. the unit we got was beautifully decorated and spotless with bathroom, tea/coffee and lounge offset-fridge. the breakfast was incredible and had a huge variety of options. the hotel was in an unbeatable location, close to the bay.

Stayed in perfect double room with tea/coffee, television and bathroom. Coffee/tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and glassware were available. Location: the hotel was close to Dapia port and the sea, the sea and the Island.

i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite tv, climate control, and a personal safe. the location of the hotel was optimal, in from of alley. the property was in a quiet street.

Our double room was nice, had a TV and a bathroom. the breakfast was awesome with lots of food choices to pick from! 😊

Best accommodation in years! Double bedroom with lounge offset - fridge, tea/coffee, sofa and television - excellent shower/bathroom - breakfast table on balcony with side view to the sea. Incredible breakfast served to room at specified time. Lovely rooftop lounge. Friendly staff giving excellent service. Spotless clean room, beautifully furnished with nespresso machine. Rich and tasty breakfast. Owner kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a great location, just a few steps from the sea and some excellent restaurants. the owner provides outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. the rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with clean and modern bathrooms. the breakfast includes lots of delicious cakes and the rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to start the day.

There was some noise from a nearby resident that disturbed the peaceful mornings.

The location of this place is wonderful on a peaceful street and the staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Arolithos was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Spetses! The location was excellent, with a beautiful rooftop and a small pebbly beach just a short walk away. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee machine and a vanity kit. The breakfast basket was a delicious and filling start to our day. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

arolithos really exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in spetses town. the lovely owner made my stay so comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated with an extra comfortable bed. the breakfast served on the balcony with a garden view was a wonderful touch.

Noise from nearby village was unpleasant.

If there's one thing we would've liked more, it would be more party vibes. We wished there were more options for young people to have a wild night out and make some crazy memories.

We even had an early morning swim in the sea, just steps away from the hotel!

The presence of mosquitoes in the evening, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our private balcony.

The attention to detail, like the amenities provided, the drying space for towels, and the sweet goodbye gift, made us feel right at home. The location right in front of the beach was perfect for us, and we truly felt like we were living on the island rather than just being tourists. Spetses itself was a wonderful place to explore and discover.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities or facilities specifically catered to children to keep them entertained during the stay.
